SpaceCable V21 Enhancements
Loader for PTC Creo Elements/Direct Cabling harnesses
Now users can load Creo Elements/Direct Cabling data to SpaceCable format and keep using it inside SpaceCable.
The loader converts
Channels: In Cabling, a channel segment can consist of several connected 2d edges as lines, fillets and splines.
In SpaceCable, each channel edge is a single spline only.
The loader automatically creates single splines for each channel segment.
Wires: In Cabling each wire is a seperate wireframe part in the browser. It has exactly the same edges as the channel edges.
In SpaceCable the wire part does not have any edges. It is attached as information to the channel edges.
The loader automatically finds and attaches correct attributes to channel edges.
Cables: Since there is no 'cable' entity in SpaceCable, the cables will be not transferred.

User can export now wires into a text file in the ECAD 'Demo' Format User can later edit or reuse this file for backup or modification purposes or apply the connections to another 3D harness
